The mission of the Cuero Business co-op (CBC) is to provide opportunities
for Cuero to be known as a destination community for shopping, tourism, and other activities in order to enhance the economic environment and to sustain economic growth for its members and the entire community.
The Cuero Business Co-op membership dues are $200 per year. The dues, along with grants from the Cuero Development Corporation allow the CBC to mail out over 2,500 postcards for both the Spring and Fall Open house events. These postcards also highlight Cuero's events throughout the year. The dues and grants also enable CBC to run commercials during the Holiday campaign, purchase billboards, advertise in the Cuero Record, Victoria Advocate, and various magazines. The Cuero Business Co-op has also helped fund the professional design and printing of a color map of Cuero's shopping, dining, and accommodations, as well as brochures and Cuero rack cards. The CBC members are very committed to marketing Cuero. |
