This completely furnished two bedroom guest cottage with TV, central air & heat comfortably sleeps four and rents for $125 a day (two day minimum), $700 a week, or $1,500 a month. With a fully equipped kitchen, guests can rent this entire cottage for less than most hotel or motel rooms. Located at 7153 FM 236, this grey and white cottage with a front porch for reading and relaxing is near the Arneckeville Community, just 8 miles from Cuero and 7 miles from Mission Valley.
DeWitt County, origin of the Chisholm Trail, is the Wildflower Capital of Texas. Activities include: wildflower & historic tours, nature viewing, bird watching, deer & bird hunting, river kayaking, fishing, golf, craft shopping, museum tours, picnic in the park, country concerts, and Gobbler football. Annual celebrations include April Wildflower Month, October Turkeyfest, Fourth of July Fireworks, and December Christmas in the Park.
The cottage is a smoke free environment with no pets allowed. If making reservations more than a week prior to arrival, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required; otherwise a payment by check or cash plus a 6% sales tax may be made upon arrival.
